The Service provides distributed latency diagnostics for APIs and websites by executing limited HTTP requests from multiple geographic regions.
The Service is designed for performance analysis and troubleshooting purposes only. It is not a load testing or stress testing platform.
3. Authorized Use
You agree that:
- You will only test endpoints that you own or are authorized to test.
- You will not use the Service for malicious, abusive, or illegal purposes.
- You will not attempt to use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks, scanning, or probing of infrastructure without authorization.
We reserve the right to block or restrict access to any target endpoint at our sole discretion.
4. Usage Limits
The Service enforces strict limits on:
- Request volume
- Concurrency
- Target eligibility
- Rate limits per user/IP
We may modify these limits at any time to maintain system stability and prevent abuse.
5. Payments
Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment.
- All prices are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
- In case of technical failure caused by the Service, you may contact support for review.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of measurements
- Continuous availability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Absence of errors or interruptions
Latency measurements reflect network conditions at the time of testing and may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MarCas Code shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Network disruptions
- Service downtime
- Consequences of testing endpoints
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test giving rise to the claim.
8. Prohibited Targets
The Service may not be used to test:
- Private IP ranges
- Internal network infrastructure
- Government-restricted infrastructure
- Targets that violate applicable laws
We may block specific domains, IPs, or regions without notice.
9. Data Handling
We store:
- Target URLs
- Timing metrics
- Status codes
- Diagnostic metadata
We do not store response bodies.
Data retention periods may vary for operational purposes.

10. Service Availability
We may:
- Suspend the Service
- Modify functionality

We do not guarantee uptime or service level agreements (SLA).
11. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
12. Termination

- You violate these Terms
- Abuse is detected
- Legal compliance requires it
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.
